The operation, he said, will continue today.

The second and third cases involved two males aged 51 and 43-years-old respectively at the Mile 7 library area. The second was bitten on the right knee while the third on the right calf, at the same place at 2pm.

The fourth victim who is an 18-year-old male, was bitten on his abdomen at 3pm in front of Hospital Sentosa.

Tan, however, had no further details on the fifth victim who was bitten at Ho Bi So Food Corner on the same day.
