BETONG, Feb 13: A 28-year-old doctor suffered serious head injuries when his vehicle turned turtle last night.
The doctor, attached to Betong hospital, was travelling along KM5 Jalan Betong Sri Aman when the incident occurred.
Firefighters from Betong station led by PBK II Jusmandie Jamaie were dispatched to the scene after they received the emergency call from the public at 9.59pm.
They managed to retrieve the victim who was trapped in the vehicle.
He was sent to Betong hospital and later referred to Sarawak General Hospital for further treatment. —DayakDaily
