MIRI, Sept 9: The diversion route adjacent to the Taman Tunku traffic light intersection near Everwin and Chung Huat Hardware will be closed temporarily to faciliate drainage works from Sept 9 to 16.
In an advisory notice issued today, the Public Works Department (JKR) Sarawak’s Pan Borneo Highway Branch stated that the closure will affect the diversion route to Jalan Alphine from Miri city centre.
Road users are advised to exercise caution when approaching and navigating through the construction site and adhere to all traffic signages for their safety during the period.
