KUCHING, May 8: Chan Siew Moi, 59, has been missing since yesterday (May 7).
Her son, Jordan Chai, said his mother had not been seen at home at Jalan Stephen Yong since 12pm and was believed to have gone out by herself without informing any family members.
In a statement to the media today, he said that Chan would usually prefer to stay indoors when the weather is hot or after noon time.
He also noted that Chan is not in good health and would pass out if she did not take her medication.
Worried, Chai urged members of the public to keep a lookout for his mother, although he had already lodged a police report today.
