KUCHING, Dec 16: Democratic Action Party (DAP) candidate for N22 Kedup, Learry Jabul pledges to address basic infrastructure issues in the constituency, including communication and internet connectivity.

Learry in a statement today said he will also fight for issues related to the Land Ordinance.

“This includes reducing the burden of farmers in Kedup constituency through assistance in terms of lobbying for a price reduction or setting a reasonable price level (for agriculture products),” he said.

Meanwhile, Learry said he intends to become a new face and voice for the constituency which is still lacking in terms of development as expected or promised by those politicians who served previously.

“As a native of Kedup constituency, I am ready to fight for the people here to ensure a brighter future by addressing related issues in this constituency,” he said.

In the coming polling day on Dec 18, Learry will be contesting in a four-cornered fight with Martin Ben from Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS), Dominic Dado Anak Sagin from Parti Sarawak Bersatu (PSB) and Dr Stephen Morgan Sungan from Parti Bumi Kenyalang (PBK). — DayakDaily
