KUCHING, March 30: A group of 39 participants from The Dance Academy Kuching (TDAK) and Persatuan Guru-Guru Tarian & Seni Kuching (PGGTSK) will represent Malaysia to participate in the Dance Excellence: International Dance Festival in the United States (US).
The global dance event will take place from April 2 to April 8 in Los Angeles, California.
According to a media release issued by Ministry of Tourism, Creative Industry and Performing Arts Sarawak (MTCP), the contingent will depart to Los Angeles on Saturday (April 1).
Deputy Minister of Tourism, Creative Industry and Performing Arts Datuk Sebastian Ting Chiew Yew passed on the Sarawak flag to the team leader January Chan at Baitulmakmur II here today. — DayakDaily
