KUCHING, June 7: A primary school teacher had a close brush with death after her car flipped over eight times on the road this afternoon.
She was heading towards Kpg Kebuaw, Dalat from Serian when she lost control of her car near Keranji, Kuala Pan Borneo.
Upon receiving the alert at 2.06pm, the Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) immediately deployed a team to the scene.
According to the Bomba report, the driver of the vehicle had been extracted from the hatchback car by members of the public before the firefighters arrived at the scene.
The woman suffered injuries and was rushed to Betong Hospital for further treatment.
The firefighters later cleaned up the scene before returning to their station. — DayakDaily
