KUCHING, April 26: Kota Samarahan has overtaken Kuching with more new positive Covid-19 cases recorded in a single day.
The Ministry of Health in a statement disclosed Sarawak registered seven positive cases Covid-19 today.
Out of the seven positive cases, four cases are from Kota Samarahan, two cases from Kuching and one case from Miri.
There were no fatalities reported.
At present, Kuching has a cumulative number of 301 positive Covid-19 cases since the first reported case on March 13 while Kota Samarahan has a total of 96 positive cases.
Both Kuching and Kota Samarahan are classified as red zones with 41 cases and above.
Meanwhile, there were also 177 new person under investigation (PUI) cases today. — DayakDaily
