KUCHING, April 6: Police have taken action against a Perodua Axia driver who was driving dangerously along Kilometer 3, Jalan Sri Aman, in a recent viral video.
In a statement today, the Sarawak Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department (JSPT) said that the driver presented herself at 2.45pm at the Sri Aman JSPT yesterday (April 5).
“The driver admitted to having committed a traffic offence and overtaking other vehicles in a dangerous manner,” it said.
In the video shared by a road user on Wednesday (April 3), a white-coloured Perodua Axia was seen swerving onto the opposite lane of the road with ongoing traffic, almost hitting three other vehicles. — DayakDaily
