KUCHING, Jan 10: Local radio station Cats FM returns with “The Cats Day Out: New Year 2024” on Jan 13 at The Hills Kuching from 10am to 8pm.
According to a press release issued by Cats FM, the event will feature performances by popular artists Suffian Suhaimi, Marsha Milan, Nabila Razali, and Insomniacks, as well as local talents Ila Damiaa, Daus Eli, Knowno, Fly High Band, Edruce Azman, and a special appearance by Adik Alfa.
Presenters Ardin Belarek, Fir Affandi, and Elya Nabila from the Cats Am Crew, trio Mia Manja, Nazreen Azahari, and Al Nazirul (Geng Petang Cats), as well as Najiha and Fred, will be there to entertain and jam with the crowd.
“We are thrilled for our presenters who will get to hang out with the listeners and supporters while starting off the year with positive vibes.
“Cats Day Out is not just entertainment; it’s a community celebration that aims to further unite us.
“Aside from all fun and games, we will also do our bit for charity during the event where there will be a handover of contributions from our late chairman Tan Sri Datuk Amar Bujang Mohd Nor to orphans and disadvantaged families,” said Cats FM managing director Mohammad Iskandar Mohammad Nawawi.
There will be booths selling Cats FM merchandise such as official t-shirts, a photo op booth with a studio setting for the public, and stage games with exciting prizes to be won.
Lucky fans will also get to attend a meet-and-greet session with the artists after the performances. On air contests are now ongoing until Friday, January 12 for listeners to win passes for the meet-and-greet session.
