KUCHING, June 8: A car was destroyed after it burst into flames following a self-accident at Taman Tunku Miri today.
According to a report from the Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba), an emergency call was received at 2.03am, and firefighters from the Miri Central station were deployed.

Upon arrival, it was noted that the car, a Proton Saga, was destroyed by the fire which followed a self-accident.
After a size-up was conducted, Bomba personnel proceeded to extinguish the fire.
The driver of the car was unharmed and brought for treatment by the ambulance before firefighters’ arrival. — DayakDaily
