Businessman loses 2 feline ‘friends’ to python

MIRI, Jan 21: Around 7.50am today, a hardware store owner walked over to where he kept his two cats to feed them.

But they were not in their pen, which he kept at the compound of his business premises at Jalan Tudan.

Instead, he was horrified to find a 4-metre-long python inside the enclosure!

He immediately called the Miri Civil Defence Force (APM) for help and four personnel rushed over. They took about 20 minutes to get the snake, with its bulging belly, out of the pen. — DayakDaily
