Bomba removes three beehives over the course of two days

KUCHING, May 29: Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) successfully removed and destroyed three beehives in two days in three different locations.

The first beehive was reported by the public on Thursday night, when they spotted a beehive stuck to the wall on the first floor of the house located at Taman Puteri, Bintulu.


Another beehive was spotted at a house located at Kpg Keleka Ulu, Simunjan on Friday night when a beehive was spotted 6 feet away from the ground.

The third beehive was spotted at a school located at Daro area on Friday night when bee had nested at one of the lamp posts in the school.

Meanwhile, a 7-foot phyton was caught by Bomba when the phyton visited one of the houses located at Kampung Masjid, Daro on Friday morning.

BOMBA later managed to catch the surprise visitor before misfortune happens and BOMBA had returned back to the station after the operation.—DayakDaily
