KUCHING, May 16: The bodies of two siblings feared to have drowned at Sungai Rayu, Matang here earlier today have been found.
State Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) deputy director PPjB Tiong Ling Hii said the body of the elder brother identified as Lee Jun Suhia, 34, was found around 5.48pm.
Meanwhile, the second victim identified as Lee Huai Fen, 17, was found around 6.43pm resulting from the seventh dive by the Bomba’s Water Rescue Unit (PPDA).
“A total of 14 persons visited the picnic spot where the two siblings were reported to have drowned,” he said in a message in a media WhatsApp group today. — DayakDaily
