KUCHING, Sept 17: The Village Development and Security Committee (JKKK) of Kawasan Simpang Tiga Kenyalang, Malaysian Red Crescent Stampin Branch and Diabetes Malaysia Sarawak Branch will be jointly organising a blood donation campaign and free health screening on Saturday, Sept 23.
According to a press release, the campaign will be held from 10am until 2pm at East Atrium, Vivacity Megamall. The aim of the blood donation campaign is to save lives and prevent blood shortage at Sarawak General Hospital’s blood bank. There will be goodies bags given to successful blood donors.
Meanwhile, the free health screening will be conducted by Diabetes Malaysia Sarawak Branch to promote good health and well-being for all in the community.
