Big hornets’ nest removed from school’s storage cabinet

MIRI, March 6: A couple of teachers were horrified with what they saw inside a storage cabinet in their secondary school here yesterday.

Hidden inside was a hornets’ nest the size of a Perodua Kancil’s tyre!

Civil Defence Force (APM) was alerted at about 5pm, and it took three APM personnel about 30 minutes to remove the nest.

No one was hurt in the incident. — DayakDaily
