KUCHING, July 11: A baking supply store supervisor was placed on a six-month peace bond and fined RM1,000 by the Magistrate’s Court after he pleaded guilty to touching his colleague inappropriately.
Mohd Fuad Hafidzan Jamadi, 24, from Kampung Bintawa Hilir faces charges under Section 67 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
The incident occurred on March 10 at a baking store located in Jalan Satok, where the accused held the position of store supervisor and had reportedly caressed his colleague’s buttocks without her consent in the store’s pantry at about 10.55am.
