Azizul Adenan wants Tanjong Datu to become tourism hub

KUCHING, Jan 28: Tanjong Datu assemblyman Azizul Annuar Adenan wishes to transform the State constituency into a tourism hub in Sarawak.

In a report by Sarawak Public Communications Unit (Ukas), Azizul stressed that various efforts need to be made to ensure that infrastructure and human capital development runs smoothly in line with the 12th Malaysia Plan (12MP).

He said this when speaking at the opening ceremony of the Lundu Development Way Forward for Tanjong Datu Workshop held at Pullman Hotel on Wednesday.


In the meantime, he also called on the agencies that attended the event to provide ideas in producing a systematic development resolution.

The three-day workshop is held from Jan 26 until today to formulate a five-year plan for human capital and infrastructure development in the Tanjong Datu constituency.

Also present were Lundu District Officer Gustian Durani, Pemanca Benjamin Gersit Jais and Pemanca Ibrahim Suni. — DayakDaily
