KUCHING, Nov 6: Pakatan Harapan (PH) MPs from Sarawak not only failed to deliver their promises but remained silent when projects for Sarawak were cancelled, says Datuk Amar Awang Tengah Ali Hasan.

Awang Tengah, who is the Deputy Premier of Sarawak and Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) deputy president also questioned if their struggle when taking over as the federal government was solely for their own interests.

“Do they not care about the interests of their own State and the people of Sarawak?

“This time they are competing (in 15th General Election), and the people of Sarawak should realise what is happening and reject these people,” he said during the launching ceremony for the Gabungan Party Sarawak (GPS) Manifesto at Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) which was streamed live on the Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) Facebook page, today.

Meanwhile, Awang Tengah called for unity and cooperation from Sarawakians to ensure absolute victory for GPS in the 15th General Election (GE15).

He said it will help to ensure Sarawak’s future security and prosperity.

“In the parliamentary election this time, we want a big victory so that our voice in Parliament will be stronger so that we can continue to fight for our rights and interests that have been eroded either intentionally or unintentionally so that they are returned to Sarawak,” he added. — DayakDaily
