KUCHING, April 17: The State Health Department is conducting active case detection (ACD) for Covid-19 cases at the Borneo Height’s Police Training Centre (Pulapol) here today.

Those include close contacts and family members of police trainees that were tested positive for Covid-19.

Yesterday, Sarawak registered 960 cases of Covid-19, the highest number of cases in the country.

Out of the 960 cases, 313 were identified from the Borneo Height’s Police Training Centre here.

As a result, the State Health Department immediately conducted screening for close contacts for the Covid-19 positive cases. — DayakDaily
