KUCHING, Dec 21: A 60-year-old man sustained bodily injuries when the car he was driving skidded and crashed into another car in front of Sam San Kuet Bong Temple at Mile 7, Kota Sentosa today.
The Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) Sarawak reported that a team of firefighters from Tabuan Jaya Station quickly responded to an emergency call at 3.22pm.
Upon reaching the scene, firefighters confirmed that the accident occurred when a Mercedes skidded and crashed into a Perodua Kancil.
The Mercedes ended up on its side with the man trapped in the seat, prompting firefighters to take immediate action to extricate him.
Subsequently, he was transported to Sarawak General Hospital in an ambulance. — DayakDaily
