BINTULU, Aug 17: A 53-year-old motorcyclist died after his motorcycle skidded and plunged into a drain along Jalan Nyabau here this afternoon.
In a report from the Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba), a call was received at 3.36pm, and firefighters from the Kidurong station were deployed.

Upon arrival, firefighters found that the accident involved a motorcycle that had skidded into the drain. The victim, Linggi Langgong, was found in it.
Firefighters extricated the victim from the drain before he was pronounced dead by medical personnel from the Ministry of Health at the scene.
The victim’s body was subsequently handed over to the police for further action. — DayakDaily
