41yo man found dead after crocodile attack in Sg Sampun, Asajaya

ASAJAYA, Dec 19: A 41-year-old man was found dead after being mauled by a crocodile in Sungai Sampun near Kampung Sampun Tebun earlier today.

Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) Asajaya responded to the emergency at 4.42pm and swiftly deploy a team of firefighters to the scene.

According to the operation commander, the victim, identified at Gindek Julau, was discovered in the river by his brother at 4.30pm.

The victim’s remains were subsequently handed over to the police for further action. The operation concluded at 5.43pm. —DayakDaily
