KUCHING, Sept 9: A 30-year-old motorcyclist was discovered deceased, believed to have been involved in a single-vehicle crash along Jalan Telok Sabang in Asajaya yesterday (Sept 8).
According to the Civil Defense Force (APM) officer LT(PA) Hafizul Samah, the victim is identified as Zairulnizam Zaini from Kampung Endap, Kota Samarahan.
“The deceased was found laying unconscious on the road side by passersby.
“Subsequently, medical officers from Ministry of Health (MOH) who examined the victim confirmed that the victim has died,” he said in a statement yesterday.
The deceased body was handed over to the police for further actions.
It is believed that the victim was involved in a single-vehicle crash. Any individuals with information related to this incident are encouraged to reach out to the nearest police station to assist with the ongoing investigation. – DayakDaily
