3 workers’ quarters placed under EMCO in Bintulu, Sebauh and Tatau

KUCHING, July 3: Three workers’ quarters in Bintulu, Sebauh and Tatau were among four localities which have been put under the Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) to curb the spread of Covid-19.

According to the State Disaster Management Committee (SDMC) in a statement today, for Air Marine Cargo’s workers quarters in Bintulu, the EMCO implementation has already begun since yesterday (July 2), until July 15.

The EMCO for Jelalong workers’ quarters in Palm Oil Mill in Tubau of Sebauh, and Ladang Sunny Crop in Sungai Annau of Tatau, including in Rh Johathan Philip anak Bunyeh@Bunyih in KM6 along Tatau-Sibu road of Tatau is scheduled to begin today (July 3) until July 16.


On the same note, the committee also announced the end of the EMCO implemented in four localities in Saratok, Bintulu and Meradong.

For two localities involving Rh Legi Lubok Kawi in Kabo of Seratok; Block E2, E3 and W3 of Foreign Lodge; and Block LL1, LL2 and LL5 of Local Logde in Samalaju Industrial Park of Bintulu, the EMCO implemented ended today.

In Meradong, two localities namely Rh Minggu in Sg Kotak and Rh Masni in Skim B, both in Bintangor, the EMCO will end tomorrow. — DayakDaily
