3 localities in Bintulu, 2 in Subis, 1 each in Belaga and Tatau placed under EMCO

KUCHING, Aug 22: Three localities in Bintulu, two in Subis and one each in Belaga and Tatau are being enforced with the Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) implementation.

According to the State Disaster Management Committee (SDMC), for three localities in Bintulu, involving Rumah Layuh Anak Muyang at Ulu Sebauh road, a rented house (above Daiken Cafe) in Tanjung Kidurong and An-Najah Restaurant workers’ rented room, the EMCO implementation started yesterday (Aug 21) and will run until Sept 3, 2021.

In Subis, the two localities placed under the two-week EMCO from yesterday (Aug 21) until Sept 4, 2021Ā are Rumah Aron Anak Libang in Sungai Sebantuk of Skim Rancangan Sepupuk Niah and Seremas 1 Estate in Sawai Land District at KM115 along Miri-Bintulu road.

For two localities in Belaga and Tatau, namely Rh. Ding Kun in Long Air Urun, Sungai Asap and Rumah Ado Anak Bilong in Sungai Kakus, the EMCO implementation has started since Aug 20 and run until Sept 2, 2021.

Meanwhile, the committee also announced the EMCO implemented in one locality in Sri Aman, involving Rh. Pilit in Kampug Kaong Ulu, Undop, ended yesterday (Aug 21, 2021). ā€” DayakDaily
