KUCHING, Oct 29: Three persons were injured following a road accident along Jalan Kelupu in Bintangor today.
According to a report from the Sarawak Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) operations centre, they received a call regarding the accident at 7.53am and Bomba Bintangor were deployed to the location.
“The operations commander reported that the accident involved a Perodua Axia and Perodua Myvi.
“The three victims were trapped inside the Perodua Axia after the crash while the Perodua Myvi’s driver managed to escape from the vehicle by himself before the arrival of firefighters,” it said.
It added that the victims were later extricated by firefighters and handed over to the medical personnel from the Ministry of Health (MOH) for further action. — DayakDaily
