KUCHING, April 24: Kuching City FC is back on the road towards victory in the 2022 Premier League campaign after defeating Projek FAM-MSN 4-0 on Saturday.
According to the Sarawak Public Communication Unit (Ukas), Abu Kamara of Kuching City FC put his team ahead in the 24th minute at the Sarawak Stadium in Petra Jaya, Kuching.
Shafizi Iqmal Md Khirudin’s second goal in the 34th minute gave Kuching City FC more confidence.
The host doubled the pressure as soon as the second half started and managed to add a goal through Yuki Tanagawa in the 75th minute.
Wan Mohamad Faiz Wan Sulaiman scored the fourth goal in the 80th minute.
Kuching City FC moved up to fourth place in the league with six points from three games thanks to the victory.
The team, which has Irfan Bakti as its coach, will continue the campaign against PDRM FA on April 28. — DayakDaily
