KUCHING, July 22: July 22 is not just a date on the calendar, but a defining moment in Sarawak’s journey to becoming what it is today.
In his Sarawak Day message, federal Works Minister Dato Sri Alexander Nanta Linggi said that Sarawak’s journey through history was remarkable and often challenging.

He said Sarawak’s journey began with its struggle for self-governance and evolved into a State that stands tall with its own identity and voice.
“The homeland of Bumi Kenyalang continues to move forward to build the future without forgetting history.
