KUCHING, Apr 12: A woman was killed in a single-vehicle accident that occurred at Lorong Lanang 61 in Sibu today.
In a report from the Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba), a call was received at 12.45am, and firefighters from the Sibu Central station were deployed.

It was noted that the accident involved a Hyundai Getz vehicle where the victim was found still inside in an unconscious state.
The victim was extricated and Health Ministry personnel confirmed her death before handing her over to the police for further action. — DayakDaily
