MIRI, Nov 24: A 23-year-old female driver was lucky to escape with only minor injuries after a self-accident at Jalan Bintulu-Miri today.
Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) in a statement said, they received the emergency call at 3.43pm about the crash that took place near an army camp.
“The victim was conscious and suffered minor injuries. Firefighters led by PBKII Abg Muhd Fhadil Abang Abd Manaf managed to extract the victim from the vehicle and gave her the initial medical treatment. She was later sent Miri Hospital for treatment.
