Win tickets to ‘Rajah’ movie premiere and meet cast on March 4 by joining ‘Greenleaf Rajah Movie Contest’

KUCHING, Feb 28: Join the ‘Greenleaf Rajah Movie Contest’ for a chance to win tickets to the ‘Rajah Gala Movie Premiere’ on March 4, 2023 (Saturday) at Golden Screen Cinemas (GSC) The Spring here.

To be eligible to win the tickets and meet some of the ‘Rajah’ cast members during the gala movie premiere including Hong Kong actress Josie Ho, who is also the film’s producer, participants must answer four movie-related questions and like both the Greenleaf and Rajah Movie Facebook pages.


In addition to winning tickets to the ‘Rajah Gala Movie Premiere’, participants will also receive premium merchandise such as a limited edition Rajah movie T-shirt, goodie bags, and Greenleaf Three Tea drinks.

“The ‘Rajah Gala Movie Premiere’ will begin at 7pm, with the red carpet being set up outside the cinema lobby for the first time. The ‘Rajah’ movie screening will then begin at 9.30pm,” said ‘Rajah’ movie Malaysia representative Bjarne Wong during the ‘Rajah Gala Movie Premiere’ press conference held today in The Spring Kuching here.

Wong went on to say that ‘Rajah’ will be released in cinemas across Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam on March 9th, 2023.

“In Malaysia, the film will be shown in 33 cinemas,” he added.

To promote the film ahead of its March release, a ‘Rajah Movie Roadshow’ has begun in The Spring Kuching in collaboration with Greenleaf Three Tea from Feb 17 to March 3.

Members of the public can pick up an exclusive Rajah X Three Tea Teh C Special, indulge in Three Tea ice cream, and enter the ‘Greenleaf Rajah Movie Contest’ to win the ‘Rajah Gala Movie Premiere’ tickets and premium merchandise.

Rajah, also known as ‘Edge of the World’, is a Hollywood film based on the true story of the Rajah of Sarawak, James Brooke, who has been suggested as one of the inspirations for Rudyard Kipling’s story ‘The Man Who Would Be King’ and Joseph Conrad’s novel ‘Lord Jim’. — DayakDaily
