KUCHING, Sept 26: Two men were killed while nine others were injured in a collision between a van and a Land Cruiser at the P-Turn near Skrang, Betong, today.
According to a report by the Sarawak Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) operations centre, the accident involved a van carrying eight men, leaving two dead on the spot and six others with serious injuries.

Meanwhile, minor injuries were reported among the Land Cruiser’s passengers—a man, a woman, and a child.
Firefighters from the Betong station received a call on the accident at 11.59am and rushed to the site.
The injured were taken to Betong Hospital for further care. Firefighters declared the operation under control at 1.10pm and ended it at 1.25pm. — DayakDaily
