Two hurt in three-vehicle collision at Samarahan Bypass

KUCHING, Sept 7: Two people were injured in a road collision involving three vehicles at Mile 15, Samarahan Bypass Road here this morning.

The Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) received an emergency call at 8.38am and immediately deployed a team to the scene.

According to a statement from the state Bomba operations centre, the collision involved a van, sedan, and hatchback.

The two injured victims managed to get out of their vehicle safely and were taken to a hospital for further treatment.

Firefighters at the scene later cleared the scene and ended the operation at 9.30am. — DayakDaily
