LIMBANG, Dec 4: Two Bruneians were lucky to escape without any injuries when the vehicle they were travelling in plunged into the drain at Kpg Limpasong today.
Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) Limbang chief Edmund Mahai Amboh said they received the distress call at 3.02pm.
Initial investigations revealed that the driver Muhammad Azim Mustaqiim Ahmad lost control of the sports utility vehicle before it skidded and plunged into the drain.
Azim and passenger Nurul Amal Afifah Ahmad managed to crawl out of the vehicle themselves.
After ensuring both victims were safe, firefighters left the scene at 3.43pm. —DayakDaily
