“We have several companies working in these areas, which is why I have brought them here to introduce them to Sarawak Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg.

“We discussed their capabilities and how we could create synergies between these companies and the Sarawak government.

“The focus is mostly on high-tech industries, electricity generation, and other related sectors,” he was quoted as saying.

Emir made these remarks after paying a courtesy call to the Premier at Wisma Bapa Malaysia here today.

He went on to say that this was his third visit to Sarawak, and he could clearly see every new idea and activity that Abang Johari had initiated.

“The vision of Sarawak personally intrigued me because there are many large economic activities and the vision of the Premier of Sarawak is very interesting,” he added.

Previously, Emir mentioned that Sarawak has the potential to be a suitable business partner for Turkiye, given its resources and conducive business climate, offering promising opportunities for fruitful collaboration.
