KUCHING, Jan 7: Trusan and Merapok Health Clinic in Lawas district will open its doors for ‘walk-in’ services for the Covid-19 booster dose this weekend.
According to a report from Sarawak Public Communication Unit (Ukas) today, Lawas District Health Office on Thursday informed that Trusan Health Clinic will be providing the vaccines on Jan 8 and 9 (Saturday and Sunday), from 8am until 3pm.
For Merapok Health Clinic, it will be open on Jan 8 (Saturday), from 8am onward.
As such, individuals above 18-years-old and older are eligible to receive the booster dose at least three months after receiving their second dose of Pfizer-BioNTech and Sinovac vaccines, and are encouraged to do so.
They need to get theirs done the latest by Feb 2022, in order to maintain the complete status of their vaccination schedule. — DayakDaily
