KUCHING, Aug 2: Thunderstorms accompanied by heavy rain and strong winds are anticipated in Betong, Sarikei, Mukah, Bintulu, and Miri until noon today.
The Malaysian Meteorological Department has released this advisory due to indications of a thunderstorm with rainfall intensity surpassing 20mm per hour, which is projected to persist for over an hour.
This warning pertains to Saratok and Kabong in the Betong Division, Sarikei, Tanjung Manis and Daro in the Mukah Division, Bintulu and Sebauh in the Bintulu Division, as well as Subis and Miri in the Miri Division.
