Tengku Hassanal visits SEDC Tower, Petros Darul Hana

KUCHING, Jan 18: Regent of Pahang, Tengku Mahkota Tengku Hassanal Ibrahim Alam Shah Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah today visited Sarawak Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) Tower in Kuching.

According to a news report from Sarawak Public Communications Unit (Ukas) today, Tengku Hassanal’s arrival at around 9.48am was welcomed by Deputy Minister of Energy and Environment Sarawak Datuk Dr Hazland Abang Hipni, together with Deputy Minister of Utility and Telecommunication Sarawak Datuk Dr Abdul Rahman Junaidi, and SEDC Sarawak General Manager Datu Abdul Hadi Abdul Kadir.

During the visit, the Regent was briefed by Abdul Hadi on Sarawak’s Hydrogen Road Map and Initiative.

Following that, Tengku Hassanal also visited the Petrol Darul Hana Fuel Depot where he was briefed about the cooperative operation between SEDC and Petroleum Sarawak Berhad (Petros) in efforts to practise the use of hydrogen-based energy.

The Regent is scheduled to visit SEDC’s algae nursery site Resintech SEDC at Demak Laut Industrial Park later today. — DayakDaily
