KUCHING, Jan 14: Quick action by the public prevented a fire caused by a table fan from burning a house down at Taman Satria on Tuesday afternoon.
According to Fire and Rescue department (Bomba), they received the emergency call from the public about the fire on 10.58am.
It was said that when Bomba reached the scene, the fire had been put out by the public and Bomba proceeded with the overhaul process to make sure all the fire had been put out.
Bomba started their investigation on the cause of the fire. —DayakDaily
