SUPP ready to assist public with BSH

KUCHING, March 10: Sarawak United Peoples’ Party (SUPP) has always extended a helping hand to those in need.

SUPP Kuching Youth chief Thomas Teo said that as a Sarawak-based party it always strives to assist and serve people from various backgrounds wholeheartedly and sincerely.

“Party members always ready and willing to offer their assistance. SUPP has been trying its very best to solve the issues people are facing,” he said in a statement today.


“I hope that the general public will not be misled by certain parties on MyBSH’s (Bantuan Sara Hidup 2019) application,” he added.

Teo said they have successfully assisted more than 50 members of the general public in filing for MyBSH through their mobile service counter which was at India Street Pedestrian Mall on March 9 (Saturday).

He said that the new federal government had adopted stricter criteria concerning details and documentation to ensure that only those who are truly eligible can benefit from this initiative.

Teo appealed to eligible applicants who have yet to apply to visit https://bsh.hasil.gov.my/ and follow the instructions stated to submit the required information before March 31, 2019.

He added that an alternative is for the applicants to walk in to the nearest Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) office to inquire and apply.

Meanwhile, SUPP Kuching Branch’s office situated at Petanak area is open to the general public for consultation.
