KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 12: Kuching City FC defeated PDRM FC at the Selayang Municipal Council Stadium with a score of 2-0, allowing the former to climb two spots up to fifth place in the Super League yesterday (Jan 11).
In a TVS news report, Petrus Shitembi opened the scoring for Kuching City FC after successfully finishing off Ahmad Hazwan Bakri’s pass in the 15th minute.
Aidil Sharin Sahak’s men continued to be fierce and scored the second goal through Jordan Mintah in the 88th minute.
Mintah’s goal continued to close the opportunity for PDRM to score even if it was to achieve a draw.
With the victory, Kuching City FC collected 21 points after 15 matches.
PDRM FC also lost to Kuching City FC 2-0 in a match held at the Stadium Negeri on July 12 last year. — DayakDaily
