LUNDU, Mar 2: Today marks the seventh day of Search and Rescue (SAR) operations for a villager who failed to return home after rushing into the jungle near Kampung Stum Muda on Feb 24.

Polus Deng, 49, was shirtless when he was last seen leaving his house at 7am and entering the jungle armed with a stick.

Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba)’s Special Tactical Operations and Rescue Team (STORM) leader Mohamad Asnan Led said today’s SAR was divided into two groups, each with 16 people.
