KUCHING, Jan 27: Stakan assemblyman Datuk Hamzah Brahim has been sworn in today as political secretary in the Plantation Industries and Commodities Ministry (MPIC).

Effective immediately, he will be working together with Deputy Prime Minister Dato Seri Fadillah Yusof, who is also Minister in charge of MPIC.

When contacted today, Hamzah said although he has no prior experience in plantation and commodities, believes that he can learn and catch up well with MPIC because this is not the first time that he will be working with Fadillah.
