KUCHING, May 27: The SPay Global e-wallet app has been down following an interruption to its system since yesterday (May 26).
In a post on its official Facebook page yesterday, SPay Global said its technical team is working to resume the service.
During this downtime, all users and merchants will not be unable to access all services, including all payment functions, wallet top-ups or any other transactions via the app.
In an updated post this morning, SPay Global said it is currently working to resume service at its secondary server site.
“We aim to resume service by today. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused,” the statement read, seeking patience and understanding from all users and merchants. — DayakDaily
