MIRI, Oct 27: Sibuti MP Lukanisman Awang Sauni expresses his outrage over DAP’s secretary-general Lim Guan Eng’s statement which admitted that Federal Village Community Management Council (MPKKP) is set up to capture Sarawak in next state election.
Lim who is also the Finance Minister made the statement today during his opening speech at DAP Sarawak convention where he affirmed that Pakatan Harapan (PH) -led federal government has the intention to capture Sarawak in the upcoming State election due 2021.
“This is his second irresponsible statement that meant to attack Sarawak,” opined Lukanisman when met today at a townhall session on motoring sport held at the Islamic Complex here today.
In June this year, during his visit to Kuching, Lim created havoc amongst Sarawakians when he claimed that Sarawak would go bankrupt in three years’ time if Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) coalition continue to rule the State.
“He (Lim) should stop making any irresponsible statement that could hurt our (Sarawakians) feelings,” Lukanisman pointed out.
Lukanisman said it was now confirmed that the federal govenment led by PH has been using MPKKP as a propaganda to gain people support, even though PH has been denying it.
Also present at the townhall session hosted by Miri Youth Association was Minister of Transport Datuk Lee Kim Shin. — DayakDaily
