Shoutout for the 1,800 One Medicare workers working to curb Covid-19

KUCHING, Mar 19: More than 1,800 medical personnel and staff of One Medicare Sdn Bhd (One Medicare) have been involved in combating the Covid-19 outbreak recently.

The company in a press statement said its staff and workers were working tirelessly in more than 23 hospitals and medical care facilities across Sarawak to help prevent the spread of Covid-19.


One Medicare believed that their workers deserved recognition for their efforts and sacrifices being one of the frontliners working in hospitals to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

The company said they include clinical waste disposal workers, cleaners, porters, linen attendants, lorry drivers and technicians.

Additionally, One Medicare revealed that some of their staff had to leave their hometowns and take risks and responsibilities serving the community in fighting Covid-19.

One Medicare opined that those workers have contributed courageously in combating the Covid-19 disease in Sarawak.

Hence, the company extends its appreciation for its staff and workers for their sacrifices. —DayakDaily
