KUCHING, March 17: The Sg Tubah bridge along Jalan Bau-Lundu will be temporarily closed for six days from March 19 until March 24 for maintenance works.
Kuching division Public Works Department (JKR) in a statement yesterday (March 16) said the bridge will be closed from 8pm to 5am during the maintenance period.
However, road users can still pass through using the side road provided.
Road users are also advised to plan their travel in the affected areas and follow the signs provided as well as the instructions of the flag keeper that will be stationed along the affected road to facilitate traffic movement.
