KUCHING, Feb 13: Sarawak Forestry Corporation (SFC) is currently investigating the alleged disappearance of the iconic sea stack at Bako National Park.

When viewed from a certain angle, the sea stack resembles a serpent’s head.

Its chief executive officer (CEO) Abang Arabi Abang Aimran said he had just been tipped of the news and therefore, SFC has yet to confirm whether the allegation is true.

“I have instructed a team of wildlife rangers to walk through the trail to the scene.

“This is because we cannot deploy a boat to the sea due to rogue waves,” he told DayakDaily today.
