KUCHING, Jan 1: Sarawak Information Systems Sdn Bhd (SAINS) has issued a notice informing the public of technical issues affecting access to several key services, including the Sarawak Government Portal, Spay Global, and other related applications.
The disruption is due to an overwhelming number of users currently accessing these platforms, which has led to temporary service interruptions.
SAINS is actively working to resolve the matter and restore full access to the services as soon as possible.
In a statement earlier today, SAINS expressed its commitment to ensuring a seamless user experience and assured the public that necessary steps are being taken to address the situation.
“We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are making every effort to ensure that services are fully restored,” the statement read.
